Product Description
Features:
PTFE High Temperature Tape is a fiberglass fabric impregnated with PTFE dispersion and coated with high-temperature, pressure-sensitive acrylic adhesive. It is very durable and versatile product.
1) Weather resistance: used between low temperature -60°C and high temperature 200°C, with weather resistance
2) Non adhesive: The surface is smooth and does not easily adhere to any substance
3) Easy to clean the adhesive, and almost all kinds of oil stains and stains on its surface can be easily removed.
4) Insulation: High insulation performance (low dielectric constant: 2.6, tangent below 0.0025), anti external wiring, anti static.
*Insulation:
1) Slot-stick and commutator; slot liners, spacers, field and armature winding;
2) Wire and cable insulation and protection for industry like LCD/FPC/PCB.
*Packaging:
1) Form fill and seal, impulse/L-bar and poly bag sealing, or customized packaging like boxes, plastic bags.
2) Manufacturing of battery, protection of electric wire, dynamo and other electrical appliances.
3) Nonstick roll coverings for printing and textiles.
4) Vinyl window manufacturing.
*Chemical processing:
1) Tank seals and contaminant barriers, gaskets, membranes, seals & diaphragms, corrosion resistant chute, drum, hopper liners, lining of spray booths, guide rails.
